Crohn’s Disease

The STARSCAPE Study Program is a series of Phase 3 clinical trials for people with moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease (CD). The program includes an induction study (STARSCAPE-1) and a maintenance study (STARSCAPE-2) evaluating the effectiveness and safety of the investigational study drug.1

Summary
Participants will attend regular study visits for checkups, symptom tracking, questionnaires, and sample collections. Some assessments (e.g. colonoscopies, blood work) help monitor the course of disease and response to treatment. The investigational study drug may be self-administered at home.
Age
Are 18 years or older. In some countries, participation may be possible from age 16.
Qualifications
  • Have been diagnosed with moderate to severe Crohn’s disease at least 3 months ago that is currently active.
  • Have frequent diarrhea and/or abdominal pain.
  • Have not responded well to previous CD treatments or could not tolerate them.
  • Are willing to follow all study procedures, including clinic visits, colonoscopies, and symptom tracking.
