Group B streptococcus (GBS) is a common type of bacteria that is found in 1 in 5 pregnant women. GBS can cause complications during pregnancy and serious illness in babies. A maternal vaccine study could help protect babies around the world from GBS.
Qualifications
This study is enrolling healthy, pregnant women who are expecting a single healthy baby.
