Vitiligo

The EVOLVE-SWITCH study is being conducted by Verdiva Bio Dev Ltd. to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of a new investigational drug (VRB-101) developed to maintain body weight in people with obesity or overweight with weight-related health conditions. The investigational drug is administered as once-weekly oral tablets.

The investigational drug belongs to a group of medicines called glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonists.

You may be eligible to participate in the EVOLVE-SWITCH study if you:

• Are 18 to 80 years of age
• Have been treated for at least the last 6 months with weekly injections of semaglutide 1.7 mg or tirzepatide 10 mg for weight reduction (for example, Wegovy® or Zepbound®)
• At the time of starting semaglutide or tirzepatide, had a history of a body mass index (BMI) ≥30 or a BMI ≥27 and one of the following:
  • High blood pressure
  • High cholesterol
  • Obstructive sleep apnea
  • Cardiovascular disease, such as a previous heart attack or stroke
• Do not have diabetes (type 1 or 2) or a hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) of 6.5% or higher
